Executive Assistant, MBA Programme Operations (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 537535) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin), good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awareness and strong computer literacy. They should be good team players who are detail-oriented and self-motivated, and able to work independently, also with a customer service orientation, and the ability to handle crises gracefully. Experience in handling Student Information System (SIS) would be an advantage.
The appointee will provide support to the MBA Programme. Major duties include course administration, handling student enquiries and grievance cases from Greater Bay Area (GBA), liaising with professors about classroom logistics and course materials, staffing student events, producing office documentation and reports; and perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work on weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. He/She will work at the Cyberport campus.
