Clerk I (holding the functional title of Project Officer) in the Department of Pathology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 537180) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years’ work experience. Candidates without a degree but with relevant working experience will also be considered. Applicants are expected to have hands-on experience in data collection and patient database management and experience related to genetic clinic documentation and annual statistics reporting. They should have a good command of written and spoken English, high proficiency in MS Office applications, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should be self-motivated, highly adaptable to work adjustments and changes in policies and procedures, attentive to detail and a good team player.
The appointee will be handling patient database, data collection, annual statistics reporting and performing other duties as assigned by supervisors. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written/trade test and an interview.
