Executive Assistant, Knowledge Exchange (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 537021) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and mutual agreement.)
 
Applicants should hold a good bachelor’s degree, preferably with minimum 2 years’ post-qualification work experience. Relevant work experience in tertiary institutions or the education sector would be an advantage. He/She should have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; good IT proficiency; attention to details; and the ability to multitask and prioritize. He/she should be self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment; able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with a high level of accuracy. Fresh graduates or candidates with strong academic background will be considered.
 
The appointee will provide administrative, clerical, operational, and coordination support for the Faculty's Knowledge Exchange (KE) Team, including its daily operations, research centres and institutes, as well as related KE initiatives and projects. The role will involve assisting with compliance matters, project administration, and other responsibilities as assigned by Faculty Management and the Director, as well as contribute to cross-functional collaboration and synergies, including but not limited to those involving the Office of Strategic Partnerships and the Faculty.
 
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
