Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the School of Biological Sciences (Ref.: 536844) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ work experience, preferably in tertiary institution(s). They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be able to prioritise multiple tasks independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment; be a good team player with self-motivation and have a strong sense of responsibility. Those with work experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage. 

The appointee will perform a wide range of duties related to the administration of undergraduate programmes, support general office duties, assist in the organisation of events and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
