We are searching for a motivated and dedicated professional to play a pivotal, frontline role in the administration and support of our MBBS programme. Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 3 years’ work experience in the higher education sector or a related field. The position requires a proactive, organised, and empathetic administrator with a passion for education, who demonstrates a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, adept at connecting effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds. Excellent command of English and Chinese, as well as proficiency in key IT tools, are essential. Prior experience in academic administration or programme coordination, preferably within a higher education or medical setting, would be an advantage.
The appointee will play a versatile role in handling a range of tasks for the MBBS programme, including serving as a primary point of contact to provide student-centred services, and in the process fostering a positive learning environment for medical students; contributing to the implementation and ongoing development of curricular reform; and offering comprehensive administrative and logistical support for teaching and learning activities. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
