Executive Officer in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:536556) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions. They should be able to work independently, flexibly, and under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and a service-oriented mindset. Experience in event management, human resources, and financial administration within tertiary institutions would be an advantage. Applicants should be self-motivated, attentive to detail, capable of multi-tasking, and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as proficiency in IT and common software applications, is required.The appointee will provide secretarial and administrative support to professionals, he/she is responsible for overseeing a large-scale community programme, including providing a full range of executive support on project management, managing project budget (including procurement, reimbursement and invoicing), handling Human Resources matters (including recruitment, policies and procedures) and performing other duties as assigned.A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
