Manager, EMBA Marketing (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 535003) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, communication, media or a related field. Applicants with less than 5 years of work experience will be considered at adjusted rankings accordingly. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English. They should be well-versed in new media strategies and content creation with exceptional writing skills and proven video production experience. They should possess organisational, project management and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure, work well both independently and in a team, as well as work with people from a broad range of backgrounds internally and externally. 
 
The appointee will support the Faculty’s EMBA Marketing Team in planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, social media contents and events for brand promotion.  Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
• develop social media strategy and planning across different platforms, including  WeChat , RedNote, LinkedIn, etc; 
 
• write social media content across platforms;
 
• work independently or with vendors to produce videos, including filming and post-production;
 
• contribute to event planning and execution, handling copy and video-related preparation, coordination, implementation and delivery; and
 
• support daily operations and undertake other duties assigned by the Faculty
 
He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus; and flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when required is expected.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
