Student Affairs Assistant I (at the rank of Clerk ll) in the Careers and Placement Section of the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref.: 534845) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal upon satisfactory performance).

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with experience in campus recruitment, event support and office administrative work. Knowledge in corporate operations and due diligence would be an advantage. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in lT and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing) are required. They should be competent in data processing and have strong organisational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility and ethics are essential.

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative support to career events and programmes organised for students, as well as daily operations of the job platform. Key duties include: (1) job platform account verification and system enhancement; (2) career event preparation and arrangement; (3) communication with external partners and vendors; (4) event promotion and marketing; (5) on-site event support; (6) enquiry handling; and any other tasks as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
