Executive Assistant in the Faculty of Science (Ref.: 534785)
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the Faculty of Science to provide administrative support for undergraduate curriculum and related student matters.
The Role
The appointee will be responsible for a mix of administrative and coordination work, including:
- Providing administrative support for undergraduate curriculum matters such as admissions, timetabling, course enrolment and course-related applications, experiential learning, academic advising, graduation matters and other student-related activities;
- Liaising with students, academic staff and external parties;
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- Preferably 1–2 years’ work experience; experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and on-the-job training will be provided;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good IT proficiency, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, self-motivation; able to work independently and as part of a team;
- A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

The appointment will be made on a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
