The Role
- Oversee the daily operation of the flow cytometry platform to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service
- Provide technical consultation and guidance on experimental design and protocol optimization to research teams
- Validating, developing, and optimizing protocols for new platforms, assays, and applications in immunology and related fields
- Supervise and train junior staff in advanced cytometry techniques and best practices to support the professional growth of the team
- Train users and offer technical support to facilitate research efforts
- Organize technical seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
Qualifications and Qualities
- Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences; a strong background in immunology is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in immunology and flow cytometry technologies; experience in a core facility setting is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous technical skill development
- Self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative, with a strong inclination toward teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
