Administrative Assistant I in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 534336) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree and have at least 12 years of relevant work experience in government, tertiary institutions, or public organisations.  They must demonstrate excellent corporate communication skills and possess a strong network in government, business, or communications-related sectors.  A deep knowledge of the business landscape and management principles, including strategic planning, leadership techniques, and budgeting, is essential.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are required for effective interaction with individuals at all levels within the Faculty and with external stakeholders.  The successful candidate should also have excellent time management skills, the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The appointee will oversee corporate management and implement comprehensive engagement strategies and initiatives to strengthen relationships with external stakeholders.  Key responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining close communication and liaison with stakeholders; managing publicity and engagement activities; coordinating with external partners and key stakeholders on various initiatives under the direction of the Faculty’s senior management; and performing other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
