Marketing Executive / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 534318) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree with 1-4 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector or in public relations-related fields. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, the ability to work independently with initiative, good organisational and communication skills, as well as an outgoing personality. Experience in image and video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, AI, Premiere Pro) and other video software is a plus. Fresh university graduates with good writing skills will also be considered. Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
The appointee will provide support to the Admissions Office for the promotion of the University for undergraduate admissions in Hong Kong, overseas, and Mainland China. The successful candidate will support social media content creation, website updates, event liaison, administrative coordination, and perform any other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
