Clerical Assistant/Office Attendant in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 534270) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
 
Applicants should have completed Form 5 or above with at least 1 year’s full-time work experience.  They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication skills and organisational skills, as well as knowledge in PC and software applications including MS Excel and Word processing. They should also be responsible, attentive to details, self-motivated, able to perform multitasks and to work independently as well as in a team.
 
The appointee will perform general duties including office cleaning and maintenance, venue setup for meetings, dispatching and receiving documents and correspondence, and maintaining office equipment and inventory.  He/She will also provide general clerical support including data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, assist in Faculty’s events and perform any other duties as assigned.  
 
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Office Attendant.
