Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I / II) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 534225) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).
With the establishment of the School of Computing and Data Science, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who aim to develop their careers in university administration, at a division level. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with two years of work experience. They should possess a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), proficiency in MS Office applications, a strong sense of responsibility, good problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
The appointee will join the Division Office to provide comprehensive administrative support for both undergraduate and research postgraduate programmes, with responsibilities including assisting in the coordination of the programme administration team to ensure smooth operations, and other duties as assigned. He/ She is also expected to assist the Division Head in meeting scheduling and coordination, and correspondence management. Two to three years of experience in programme administration will be an advantage.
Those with less relevant experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant.
