Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 534211) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ solid administrative work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; high integrity; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They are also expected to have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, including discreet handling of personal and confidential files. The appointee will join the HR team of the Faculty and have a good exposure to a wide range of administrative work in relation to HR management, and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or a written test.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
