Senior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the School of Computing and Data Science (Ref: 534153) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

To support the rapid growth of the School of Computing and Data Science (CDS), we are seeking highly motivated individuals who are eager to develop their careers in higher education or high-tech sector. Join the school to be part of us with great exposure and growth potential.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experience, preferably within tertiary institutions. Fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility. Previous experience in admissions outreach and student liaison is highly preferred.

The appointee will support the planning and implementation of admissions outreach activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating admissions initiatives, devising online and offline marketing campaigns, producing promotional materials, and maintaining close connections with the student community. He/She will need to maintain flexibility to perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned in support of the School’s mission, core values and goals. Working outside normal office hours and during weekends, and travel may be required occasionally.

Those with less experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an online written test and an interview.
