With the ongoing development of the School’s Master Programme, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team and support the launch of a new taught postgraduate programme.
Applicants for Executive Officer should:
- Hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in tertiary institutions, preferably in the administration of taught postgraduate programmes;
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail;
- Be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and a positive, collaborative attitude;
- Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work;
- Be proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered for the Senior Executive Assistant position.
Responsibilities:
The appointee will provide comprehensive administrative support to a small, newly established taught postgraduate programme, including:
- Handling and processing student applications and enquiries;
- Coordinating interviews and admissions talks;
- Planning and executing academic activities;
- Managing course-related tasks;
- Overseeing programme-related human resources and financial matters;
- Providing secretarial support for committees and meetings.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a written test and attend an interview.
