Executive Assistant, Masters Programmes Marketing and Admissions (Chinese Mainland Outreach) (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics Ref.: (534135) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of one year’s relevant work experience in administration, events coordination, or marketing assistance; two years or more would be an advantage. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua required; Cantonese an advantage), strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, preferably in PowerPoint creation and layout/design. Knowledge of the Chinese Mainland higher education market or related experience will be an advantage.
The appointee will provide administrative and event coordination support for marketing and admissions outreach activities in the Chinese Mainland, including arranging duty trips and admissions events, preparing presentation materials, liaising with internal and external parties, managing participant information, and assisting in large-scale events such as partner conferences and summer programmes. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus and may be required to travel and work outside normal office hours during peak admissions periods.
