Full-time Senior Research Assistant (holding the title of Project Manager) in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 534123) (to commence from May 2026 for one year on temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree with at least two years’ post-qualification experience in Education, Psychology or a related discipline. Proven knowledge and experience in undertaking educational research is advantageous. She/he will serve as a project manager, overseeing project operations and supporting Project Investigators from the Consortium for Research on Early Childhood Development and Education (https://hkece.edu.hku.hk/) in conducting research activities for a study evaluating an early childhood development assessment tool.

Key duties include overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and participant recruitment, liaising with kindergartens/centres, teachers, and parents, coordinating data collection schedule, administering child assessments and surveys, supervising part-time research assistants, performing quantitative data analysis and report writing, preparing materials for meetings and seminars, providing general administrative support to the research team.
