Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 533954) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should possess a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), along with proficiency in IT skills. Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, solve problems effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines are essential.

The appointee will be responsible for the logistics and administration of taught postgraduate programmes, including admissions, examinations, course registration, student affairs and curriculum development. He/She will provide secretarial support to committees, prepare reports and documentation for meetings and ensure effective communication with various stakeholders. The role also involves supervising clerical staff and carrying out other assigned duties.

He/she may be required to work outside office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
