E-learning Assistant (at the rank of Research Assistant I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 533928) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a postgraduate degree in Biology, Biomedical/Health Sciences, Medicine or a related discipline. They should have a good command of English. Experience in project management and prior exposure to e-learning and GenAI applications in education would be advantageous. Understanding of web development or multimedia production is not essential but would be helpful. Those with lower qualifications and/or less experience could be considered at the rank of Research Assistant II.
The appointee will be working with teachers, undergraduate students, and/or multimedia professionals to coordinate new pedagogical initiatives informed by the latest educational technology (including GenAI and AR/VR), develop contents of teaching materials in digital or other formats, provide general support for various teaching and learning activities, and perform any other duties as assigned.
