Senior Executive Assistant, Learning and Development (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533775) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience. They must demonstrate strong administrative competencies, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of accountability. A proactive work approach, proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, excellent multitasking capabilities, and outstanding organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and spoken English are required; proficiency in Chinese would be considered an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with video editing tools or videography skills is desirable. Given our focus on delivering innovative digital resources to students, familiarity with AI technologies and their applications would be highly advantageous.
The appointee will assist in coordinating and managing the logistics of innovative learning programs for the HKU Business School, including workshops, online forums, and panel discussions. The appointee will work with external coaches and training providers and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
