We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Programme Manager to oversee communications, marketing initiatives, event management, and relationship building between the business and academic communities. This leadership role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively connect scholars with business leaders while enhancing the Centre's reputation through strategic communication and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess a good bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations, event management, stakeholder engagement, or media relations, with a strong knowledge of building bridges between academic and business sectors. Experience in social media, digital marketing, or corporate communications is an advantage. The successful candidate must also have a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies to enhance the Centre's reputation and foster connections between the business community and scholars. The Manager will professionally manage the Centre's communications and messaging across media and digital channels, plan and execute events, conferences, and networking forums that bring together academic and business communities, develop marketing materials to promote collaborative initiatives, leverage social media platforms to strengthen visibility, and support the implementation of strategies to enhance the Centre's engagement with stakeholders. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.
