Administrative Assistant I in the Staffing and Office Administration Unit of the Estates Office (Ref.: 532590)
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant I to join the Estates Office.
The Role
The appointee will play a multi-tasking role in leading two teams of clerical staff to provide full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration support to the Estates Office. He/She will also be required to review guidelines, draft up formal proposals/reports, and handle sensitive and confidential issues.

Qualifications and Qualities
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor degree and at least 10 years’ work experience, of which at least 5 years should be at supervisory or management level, preferably in human resources related field. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; capability of working independently and attending to details; a high level of organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; be equipped with an appropriate level of IT knowledge; and be able to motivate subordinates to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 15% of basic salary.
