Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 532534) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

 

Applicants should have a good Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in tertiary institutions.  Experiences in the education sector will be advantageous.  They should also have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; the ability to work independently; good organisational and communication skills; and be self-motivated.  Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.

 

The appointee will be responsible for handling application materials for student admissions and visa applications, performing data entry in the application systems, and providing other clerical support to the Admissions Office as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
