The Role
The appointees will provide a full spectrum of support work to the Institute, including but not limited to:
● assisting the Director and team with various research projects and coordinating related activities
● supporting research initiatives and updating case studies for teaching purposes
● managing events, including coordinating conferences, seminars, outreach workshops, and knowledge exchange events; and
● assisting in the creation of publicity and promotional materials to enhance the visibility of the Institute’s events and initiatives
Qualifications and Qualities
Applicants should possess:
● a recognised Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
● proficiency in both English and Chinese
● strong interpersonal and communication skills
● proficiency in Microsoft Office and common design tools
● good time management and multitasking abilities
● the ability to work independently and diligently
● a collaborative attitude and the ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
