Clerical Assistant in the Department of Pathology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 532447) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. A diploma or higher qualification in Biological, Medical, Laboratory Sciences, or related disciplines is preferred. They should have a good command of spoken English and Chinese; good communication and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in PC and various software applications.
The appointee will assist with histopathology and cytopathology report, and perform clerical duties and any other duties as assigned. Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory will be an advantage.
