Senior Programme Manager, DBA (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 531973) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 4 years of work experience in programme administration and management.  Solid experience in handling dissertation defenses and admissions is highly preferred for the position.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); be a good team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and able to work on own initiative.  Commitment to quality and results, excellent time management and problem-solving skills, professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are essential qualities. 

The appointee will provide support to the administration and development of the Faculty’s DBA programme, including marketing and admissions, programme operations, academic coordination, interacting with prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders; and perform any other duties as assigned.  He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours during weekends, and travel to the Mainland China occasionally.  He/She will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport Campus.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
