Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, EMBA Programme (at the rank of Clerk I/II), in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. 531827) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in owned/paid social and digital marketing, along with new media planning and communication in large corporations, government agencies, or media organizations. They should stay informed about trends and guidelines for digital platforms (such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.) and act as gatekeepers for social media planning and execution. Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation is essential. Experience in organizing promotional events and the ability to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs are also required. They must have strong written and spoken skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua), be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. Applicants with copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, and experience in working with senior executives are highly desirable. Applicants with less work experience will be considered as Executive Assistant.
The appointee will be responsible for providing graphic design, brand management and event support to the EMBA Programme. Duties include liaising with external parties, organizing hospitality for visitors, coordinating events, and performing any other duties as assigned. The appointees will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours, on weekends, and occasionally travel to overseas or Mainland China. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
