Executive Officer in the Department of Pathology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 531818) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' solid administrative work experience, preferably in the tertiary institution. They should have a good command of written and spoken English; strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; and hands-on IT experience. The ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines is crucial. They should be a good team leader and player, with the capacity to multitask and manage work demands effectively.
The appointee will be responsible for a wide range of administrative work related to assisting senior staff in the department, as well as committee servicing, human resources, event organization, research support, and other duties as assigned.
