Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 531796) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ work experience, preferably in event management.  A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong computer literacy, and basic knowledge on graphic design and editing tools are required.  They should have strong multitasking abilities, good organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently with a proactive approach to work.  Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II).

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty’s staff development and wellness programmes, as well as talent acquisition endeavours.  Major duties include assisting in staff activity promotions and registrations, managing event logistics and staffing, producing simple artwork for promotional materials, handling website enhancements, and performing any other duties as assigned.  He/She will also contribute to the strategic recruitment of professoriate staff, which includes development of a talent database and coordination of overseas outreach activities. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
