Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant) (2 posts) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 531783) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in handling academic programmes. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good computer proficiency, especially in using Microsoft Office software; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team; and attend to details. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Executive Assistant.
The appointees will provide finance, human resources and administration support to the teaching programmes of the Department; liaise and coordinate with internal units and external units/ organizations; assist in organizing activities and events of the Department; and perform other duties as assigned.
