Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 531541) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should demonstrate good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua), coupled with strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates should exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, and effective interpersonal skills. The capacity to handle tasks independently, combined with self-motivation and attention to detail, is essential. Experience or knowledge in HR and financial management is advantageous.

The appointee will provide support for a variety of administrative tasks related to HR and finance functions. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, facilitating the onboarding of new staff, supporting HR-related committees, managing procurement procedures, and preparing financial reports, documentation, and correspondence as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a written test and an interview.
