About the Centre for Water Technology and Policy
The Centre for Water Technology and Policy at The University of Hong Kong, established in 2018, conducts cutting-edge research on water technology-policy interface issues that would result in findings of direct practical relevance for Hong Kong’s urban water sector. Duties and responsibilities
- Provide on-site installation, trouble-shooting and uninstallation of IoT devices deployed for water usage monitoring.
- Perform device testing and commissioning works.
- Handle basic administrative duties relating to field services and procurement of equipment and components.
Qualifications and requirements
- A Higher Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with soldering electronic components and hardware debugging using tools such as multimeters, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
What we offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary term contract, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.

- 負責測試物聯網裝置，使其順利運作。

- 須持有電子工程、電腦工程、機械工程、屋宇裝備工程或相關學科的高級文憑或以上學歷。
- 須熟悉使用萬用電錶、邏輯分析儀和示波器等工具，進行電子元件焊接和硬件測試。
- 需具備責任感、獨立工作能力及與團隊合作精神。

受聘形式
