Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Arts (Ref.: 530930) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance) 

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in academic programme administration in tertiary institutions.  They must be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player; have good organizational and communication skills; strong computer literacy skills especially in Excel; attention to details; and have the ability to work independently. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. 

The appointee will provide administrative support for co-curricular programmes across disciplines such as student exchange, study trips, internships and professional education programmes, and will be responsible for student matters, enrolment, promotion and liaison with external stakeholders, and perform other duties as assigned.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
