Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 530874) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Non-degree holders with at least 5 years’ relevant experience will also be considered. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; IT proficiency; the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines; and competence in performing administrative duties and collaborating with different stakeholders. They should also be attentive to details, a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointees will provide administrative support to the financial matters of the School, including handling procurement processes such as Request for Quotation (RFQ), processing of payments, purchase orders, invoices and reimbursement claims etc. They may assist in budgetary control matters, and undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
