Clerical Assistant in the Department of Psychology (Ref.:530858) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should have completed Form 5, preferably with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with at least 3 years’ work experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will provide reception counter service, handle room booking requests, and assist in facility management & financial related matters. He /she will also provide general support to department events and clerical support to the programme team members including filing, data input and document scanning etc., and perform other duties as assigned.
