Marketing Manager, Masters Programmes (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 530802) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years’ work experience preferably in the marketing or advertising agency. An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) is required. They should be strong team players and outcome-driven professionals with the ability to plan, implement, and execute marketing strategies for our specialized Master's Programmes, spanning the diverse and dynamic disciplines of our esteemed Faculty. They should demonstrate a sense of urgency, the ability to work independently, an outgoing personality with attention to detail and self-motivation, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in IT and digital marketing tools.
The appointee will focus on marketing activity planning and execution, which involves outreach engagement, organisational partnerships, information events and other initiatives. He/She will track data and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and tactics. The appointee will also be required to work with team members to ensure consistent branding across all channels. Experience and understanding of overseas tertiary education and international student recruitment would be preferred. Working outside normal office hours, during weekends, and traveling outside Hong Kong may also be required.
