Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) / Clerical Assistant) in the Critical Care Medicine Unit, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530723) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), or a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, or a higher diploma, with at least 5 years’ substantial clerical work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency; good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work independently. They should also be a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
The appointee will be responsible for providing all-rounded clerical assistance to the unit include performing data entry, handling expenses reimbursement, managing social media platforms, supporting ad-hoc events, and performing other duties as assigned.
