Full-time/ Part-time Project Manager (at the rank of Technical Manager) in the Department of Data and Systems Engineering (Ref.: 530325) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, data science, industrial engineering, computer science or a closely related field, with at least 10 years’ industrial work experience. They should have good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English, be self-motivated, highly-organised and a good team player.

The appointee will be responsible for coordinating with industrial partners or stakeholders to support teaching and learning, such as providing support on delivery of capstone courses at undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes, knowledge exchange, and project/research development in the Department. He/She will also be responsible to ally with industries to develop and coordinate student final year projects and student internships, and perform any other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. Full-time appointment will be on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
