Full-time Research Assistant II (Ref.: 530131) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance).
Applicants should possess a higher diploma or above in health science, health care, or other related discipline. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (particularly Cantonese), good interpersonal, and communication skills. They should also be highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate research projects independently. Experience in coordinating clinical research and conducting fieldwork or telephone follow-up would be an advantage.
The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in coordinating ongoing clinical research projects on acute & chronic pain. He/She will assist in subject recruitment, data collection, conduct fieldwork and telephone follow-up in the projects, management of research document, as well as perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally.
