Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Critical Care Medicine Unit (22800).

 

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in health-related disciplines with experience in clinical research. Candidates will work in the fields of data science, machine learning, and observational outcomes research will be advantageous.  They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in working on statistical software and data analysis, and the ability to work independently with self-motivation.

 

The appointee will be engaged in translational and clinical research on the themes of hemodynamics and organ support during critical care. Enquires about the post should be directed to Prof. Pauline Yeung Ng at pyeungng@hku.hk.

 

The appointment will commence as soon as possible for one to three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary (monthly salary $30,000-$40,000) commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
