We now invite applications for the captioned post. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The appointee work in the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative (JC PandA) under the Faculty of Social Sciences.   He/She will provide clerical, administrative and logistical support with major tasks including: 

  • smooth day-to-day operation of the Jockey Club “Peace and Awareness” Mindfulness Culture in Schools Initiative 
  • liaison and coordination with different internal and external stakeholders 
  • organisation of publicity or/and public education activities 
  • any other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • a Bachelor’s degree 
  • at least 3 years’ relevant work experience  
  • good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua) 
  • IT proficiency (including MS Word and MS Excel) 
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment 
  • ability to multi-task and be attentive to details

The appointment will commence from October 2024 on a temporary basis until November 2025.
