Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Department of Pathology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530014) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), OR a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, including English Language, preferably with some work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in IT. Preference will be given to those with experience or good knowledge in the administration of medical/healthcare academic programs, general financial matters, and/or IT services.

The appointee will be responsible for providing assistance to manage and administer medical academic programmes, offering all-rounded clerical assistance to faculty members, rendering administrative support to the general office with a focus on financial matters and IT support, supporting ad-hoc events, and performing other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
