Research Assistant I in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530007)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the conducting of clinical research
  • Act as a coordinator of different multi-center clinical trials
  • Interact with clinical research organizations
  • Manage associated research data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related discipline
  • Highly motivated
  • Willing to learn new techniques
  • Good communication skills
  • A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Prior experience in clinical trial management and having an ICH Good Clinical Practice certificate would be advantageous

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
