Student Affairs Assistant I (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Counselling and Person Enrichment Section of the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref.: 530003) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal upon satisfactory performance).

Applicants should have a Diploma/Associate Degree or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 1 year’s office experience. They should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Proficiency in using Microsoft applications (particularly Excel) and online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom/Microsoft Teams) is a must. Experience in managing social media, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.

They should possess effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; and an ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment. They should also be a good team player with a positive attitude, be attentive to details with high accuracy, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. 

The appointee will provide administrative support to office operation, coordinate service appointments, serve as a back-up receptionist, assist in the organisation of person enrichment and peer support programmes, awareness-raising activities/ large-scale events, perform data analysis and any other duties as assigned.
