Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Co-curricular Support Office of the Registry (Ref.: 529990) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics.  They should have at least 1 year’s work experience, a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua, an outgoing personality, good organisational and communication skills, and IT proficiency (MS Word and Excel).

The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the provision of resources and facilities to support the co-curricular activities and events on campus.  He/she will handle enquiries from students and other stakeholders, data processing, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Office Head.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a computer test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
