Clerk II in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 528944) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 2 years’ full-time work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua), good interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. They should be mature, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Those with higher qualifications may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.

The appointee will provide administrative support to finance management, such as preparing purchase orders, processing payment invoices, data input and budgetary control matters. He/She will also perform other general clerical duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
