Executive Officer/ Clerk I (holding the function title of Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive Assistant) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 528933) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- to three-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ work experience, preferably in the higher education sector or a public/quasi-public organization. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work independently with initiative; and computer literacy. They should be a good team player; able to multi-task; and attentive to details. Those with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk I.
The appointee will administer undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate academic programmes including admission, curriculum development, student matters and committee work; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview.
