Applications are invited for appointment as Executive (Development) (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Development and Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) (Ref.: 528764) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- A good university degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience;
- High integrity with a strong sense of professional ethics;
- Ability to work effectively in a large, complex, dynamic and sophisticated organization;
- Energetic, approachable style and self-motivated;
- Ability to multi-task, work proactively, and pivot to address changing priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills; and
- Excellent command of English and/or Chinese.
Responsibilities:
- Support engagement initiatives in networking and fundraising;
- Manage donor relations by assisting in stewardship plans and strategies;
- Prepare administrative reports, organize events and other stewardship activities; and
- Collaborate with faculties, academics and staff in fundraising opportunities.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
